About The Position
Visiting Angels of King of Prussia is seeking passionate caregivers to service clients in and around Kimberton. The company has been recognized as a Best of Home Care Provider of Choice since 2010 and offers competitive starting pay rates, continuous work, and flexibility for all caregivers.
Requirements
- CNA, HHA, and DCW Certification
- A minimum of one (1) year experience as a caregiver (or similar position)
- TB Test (2 - Step PPD/Chest X-Ray/QuantiFERON Blood Work)
- Driver’s license, reliable personal transportation.
- References, background checks, and drug screening will be performed
- Good communication skills
- ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION.
Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and other errands
- Perform personal care assistance, including bathing and grooming
- Perform all non-medical home care services as needed
- Companionship and friendship for seniors and their loved ones
- Maintain consistent communication between seniors, co-workers, and office staff
Benefits
- Competitive Pay Based on Experience - Rates start between $16/hour to $18/hour based on experience and certification (i.e CNA, DC or HHA)
- Higher Hourly Pay – All weekend shifts, couples shift, and last minute calls are paid at a higher base rate!
