About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Completion of dealer training or at least 6 months of dealing experience
• Ability to deal Craps and/or at least two major games (Blackjack, Roulette, Pai Gow Poker, Baccarat)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A friendly, energetic attitude and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Deal Blackjack, Roulette, Craps, Poker, and more with confidence and precision
• Create a fun, engaging atmosphere while delivering top-notch guest service
• Manage wagers, pay out winnings, and keep games running smoothly
• Ensure fairness, accuracy, and compliance with all regulations
• Handle player questions and resolve issues with professionalism
