About The Position

Tioga Downs is hiring Table Games Dealers to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service, attention to detail, and teamwork skills. Prior dealing experience is not required, as training opportunities are provided through their Dealer School program for qualified candidates.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Completion of dealer training or at least 6 months of relevant dealing experience
• Ability to deal Craps and/or at least two major games, such as Blackjack, Roulette, Pai Gow Poker, or Baccarat
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional service to guests
• Operate assigned table games accurately and efficiently
• Process game transactions and maintain accurate records
• Follow established procedures and regulatory requirements
• Answer guest questions and assist with routine concerns
• Maintain a professional and welcoming environment
• Work closely with team members and supervisors to support daily operations
