About The Position

Tuscany Suites & Casino is looking for a Table Games Dealer to entertain and operate table games. The casino is located minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip and Las Vegas Convention Center, offering guests a relaxing getaway suitable for business travelers, weekend trips with friends, or family vacations.

Requirements

Experience of at least 6 months to one year of dealing Blackjack and Roulette.
Current and up to date Nevada gaming card.
Open availability; must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays, some overtime depending on events.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be 21 years old or older.
Must be fluent in oral and written English.
Successful completion of dealer training class or able to demonstrate dealing experience.
Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondhand smoke and high noise levels.
Must be able stand for long periods of time and able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry.
Must be able to maneuver to work inside and continuously maneuver in and around assigned table in the Pit department during entire shift, with regular interval breaks.
Must be able to successfully pass a live game audition and interview process.

Nice To Haves

All other Casino games are a plus.

Responsibilities

Dealing with live Table Games while creating an entertaining/exciting environment.
Creating an environment where guests and coworkers can have fun at table games.
Being knowledgeable with regards to operating hours and any promotion/events.
Dealing cards according to Casino standard procedures.
Paying winnings or collecting losing bets as established by the rules and procedures of a specific game.
Entertaining customers while dealing with all games and maintaining game pace.
Performing mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets quickly and accurately.
Quickly and accurately handling chips, cards and money.
