About The Position

The Table Games Dealer greets guests at the table and provides prompt, accurate, and courteous service while demonstrating strong technical dealing skills. The dealer explains various table games, exchanges currency for gaming chips, and pays or collects bets quickly and accurately according to departmental procedures. The role requires compliance with company and departmental policies, state gaming regulations, and internal controls. The dealer also notifies the Floor Supervisor of customer needs, such as cocktail or host service, and reports unusual situations to the Games Floor Supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a valid state gaming license.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Previous dealing experience and/or recognized equivalent training.
• Must be willing to be interviewed and auditioned.
• Must maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival at the table and provide prompt, accurate, courteous service while dealing.
• Explain aspects of various table games to gaming customers.
• Ensure compliance with company and departmental policies and procedures, state gaming regulations, and internal controls.
• Exchange currency for gaming chips and pay or collect bets quickly and accurately according to departmental procedures.
• Notify the Floor Supervisor of customer needs, such as cocktail or host service.
• Report unusual situations to the Games Floor Supervisor.
