About The Position

The Table Games Dealer School provides paid training in dealing table games and creating entertaining, memorable guest experiences. The class runs Monday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, October 19, 2026, through November 19, 2026, at $12 per hour. Upon successful completion of Dealer School, the position is part-time.

Requirements

• Graduate of dealing school or previous casino dealing experience in a high-volume, complex casino environment.
• Ability to bend, stand, and stretch for long periods of time.
• Ability to work various shifts and flexible hours.
• Pass a skills test and department audition.

Responsibilities

• Deal or officiate assigned table games according to established policies and procedures.
• Serve guests and educate customers on the rules of the games.
• Secure gaming equipment and the layout.
• Provide an entertaining, exciting, and memorable guest experience.
• Promote superior guest service.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
