Table Games Dealer School
About The Position
Join the Table Games Dealer School to learn to deal table games and provide engaging guest experiences while receiving $12 per hour during training. Classes run Monday through Thursday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM, from October 19, 2026, through November 19, 2026. The position becomes part-time upon successful completion of Dealer School. The dealer deals or officiates assigned table games according to established policies and procedures, serves guests, explains game rules, secures gaming equipment and layouts, and provides an entertaining and memorable guest experience. The role also promotes superior guest service and performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Graduate of dealing school or previous casino dealing experience in a high-volume, complex casino environment.
- Ability to bend, stand, and stretch for long periods of time.
- Ability to work various shifts and flexible hours.
- Pass a skills test and department audition.
Responsibilities
- Deal or officiate assigned table games according to established policies and procedures.
- Serve guests and educate customers about game rules.
- Secure gaming equipment and layouts.
- Provide an entertaining, exciting, and memorable guest experience.
- Promote superior guest service.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
