Experienced Table Games Dealer
About The Position
The Experienced Table Games Dealer provides accurate, efficient, prompt, and courteous dealing at assigned table games. The dealer follows game procedures for Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Poker, Baccarat, and other forms or variations of table games; processes chip and cash transactions; receives wagers; and pays out appropriate game outcomes. The role maintains game security and protects company assets, helps customers understand game rules, and ensures adherence to established policies and procedures. The dealer also demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with company and departmental standards.
Requirements
- Previous casino dealing experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Successfully complete a basic math test and pass an audition demonstrating adequate dealing skills.
- Quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations to determine winners and losers and collect and pay bets.
- Good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations in a fast-paced environment with coworkers and guests.
- Good oral and written communication skills; fluency and literacy in English.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and move easily around the pit area and entire property for the entire shift.
- Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.

- Six months of experience in a customer service field.
