About The Position

The Table Games Experienced Dealer provides accurate and efficient game dealing while following proper procedures and maintaining game security. The role involves handling chips, cards, cash, and wagers; determining game outcomes; paying winning bets and collecting losing bets; and helping customers understand game rules. The dealer must follow regulatory, departmental, and company policies and perform all duties safely and responsibly. Additional related duties may be assigned.

The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and either successfully complete dealer training or have previous casino dealing experience. Candidates must also successfully complete an audition demonstrating adequate table-games dealing skills.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must successfully complete dealer training or have previous casino dealing experience.
• Must be fast and accurate in handling cash.
• Must successfully complete an audition demonstrating adequate table-games dealing skills.
• Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations to determine winners and losers and collect and pay bets.
• Must possess good manual dexterity for quick and accurate handling of chips, cards, and money.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in a customer service field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deal games accurately and efficiently while following proper game procedures.
• Perform accurate chip and cash transactions.
• Observe or receive customer wagers and take or pay the appropriate game outcomes.
• Maintain game security and protect company assets.
• Help customers understand game rules and ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Pay winning bets and collect losing bets.
• Immediately notify Table Games Leadership of irregularities or customer requests outside the dealer’s authority or knowledge.
• Provide customers with information on how to play the game when requested.
• Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies.
• Perform all job duties safely and responsibly.
• Perform other job-related and compatible duties as assigned.
