About The Position

This is a part-time Table Games Dealer position. The role involves conducting assigned games according to procedure, controlling the pace of the game, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The dealer will interact with guests, manage gaming chips, and maintain an upbeat and positive attitude. This position requires adherence to service standards and the ability to resolve service issues.

Requirements

Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Bending mobility required.
Must be able to speak fluently and understand English.

Responsibilities

Conducts assigned game according to procedure.
Cooperates with other Dealers when assigned to the same game (Craps).
Controls pace of the game.
Informs the Supervisor Casino Games of any request or unusual play.
Issues to customers the proper amount of gaming chips after completion of the credit authorization procedures.
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Bending mobility required.
Must be able to speak fluently and understand English.
Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors.
Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next.
Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guest’s wins.
Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting.
Follows Bally’s established service standards.
Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist.
Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.
