About The Position

This position is responsible for the operation and conduct of a particular table game, requiring knowledge of its rules, policies, and procedures. The trainee dealer will perform technical and functional gaming procedures according to policy and state gaming regulations, including exchanging currency for gaming chips and managing bets. A key aspect of the role involves making proper payouts for winning wagers and maintaining game protection. The job also requires adherence to company service standards and excellent attendance, as failure to do so may result in immediate dismissal from training and ineligibility for dealer employment.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of rules, policies and procedures of assigned game.
  • Must be able to perform technical and functional gaming procedures as per policy and the state gaming regulations.
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Must be able to walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk and hear.
  • Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Must maintain excellent attendance.
  • Must be able to stand or walk for prolong periods of time (5+ hours).
  • Always follow the Company Service Standards model.

  • Exchange currency for gaming chips and pays or collects bets according to house rules.
  • Ability to make proper pay outs for winning wagers on assigned game.
  • Maintain proper game protection of assigned game.
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
  • Must be able to walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk and hear.
  • Specific vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Must maintain excellent attendance. Failure to do so will cause immediate dismissal from the class and will not be permitted to audition for employment as a dealer.
  • Must be able to stand or walk for prolong periods of time (5+ hours).
  • Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
  • May perform other duties as assigned
