About The Position
Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is seeking experienced Table Games Dealers to join our dynamic team. As a Table Games Dealer, you will be responsible for facilitating an exceptional gaming experience for our guests while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English with a strong focus on guest relations.
- Minimum of 6 months of dealing experience within the past 5 years.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute positively to a team environment.
- Present a professional and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Ability to successfully complete the pre-employment process.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including holidays and weekends.
- Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License.
Responsibilities
- Conduct game sessions in adherence to Company policies, procedures, and gaming regulations
- Manage guest transactions and promptly report any disputes or irregularities to the Floor Supervisor.
- Execute currency exchanges with accuracy and follow house rules for bet payouts
- Uphold Rivers Casino's service standards and foster excellent guest relationships.
- Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.
