We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Quick Enroll Specialist to join our EdPlus Success Center team. Every day you will make a difference in the lives of others by coordinating graduate and undergraduate course recommendations and pre-admission evaluations. You will work in a fast-paced environment with pre- and post-admitted student files in securing class registrations, as well as with potential student files for pre-evaluations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of registrar practices, course scheduling and school admissions.
  • Experience pulling, analyzing and applying pertinent data sets.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an environment subject to tight deadlines and potentially conflicting priorities.
  • Evidence of effective communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-direct once projects are identified.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform as a high-functioning team member in a position that requires flexibility and resiliency.
  • Experience in planning, analyzing and coordinating activities and establishing priorities.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills to interpret information and make decisions.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including email, spreadsheets, presentations and documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an environment subject to tight deadlines and potentially conflicting priorities.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly change priorities that may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively deliver presentations.
  • Applicant must be eligible to work in the United States; ASU EdPlus will not be a sponsor for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the point of contact for Enrollment Coaches for pre-evaluations, course recommendations and registration.
  • Collaborates with academic units and services throughout the University to facilitate student support.
  • Assists in the development, editing and distribution of course recommendation items, brochures, and documents.
  • Works closely with their manager to meet required goals.
  • May attend local meetings with academic units to learn about program updates.
  • Initiates and prepares administrative reports.
  • Clearly communicates to perform essential functions.
  • Performs data entry tasks as needed.
  • May present trends or findings in regular staff meetings as well as an overview of processes to other departments.
  • Assumes or coordinates other duties or projects as assigned or directed.
