About The Position

Replications, Inc. seeks a Student Support Specialist to mentor youth by providing supervision and implementing a positive school culture. The Student Support Specialist will also ensure the rules and regulations are maintained, and the safety and security of children are always maintained. The Student Support Specialist will work with students and parents in brief check-ins to support a positive learning environment.

Bachelor’s degree with at least 1-3 years of experience working with youth in a group setting

Responsibilities

Collaborate with school administration and Community School Director to organize, supervise, direct, and coordinate students during school hours.
Assist the Community School Director in establishing and implementing attendance programs, restorative circles, and special events.
Creating a fair guideline, tracking system, and clear communication channels.
Provide guidance and instruction to parents on school-related topics and community resources.
Participate in assisting students and teaching staff with school supplies, resources, identify organizations and resources available for our community.
Track outreach to ensure compliance.
Assist students and families with organizing wellness check-in with school staff.
Support students with school technology.
