Staff Accountant Jobs

This Staff Accountant position involves processing, reconciling, and validating high volumes of electronic payments, ACH transactions, credit card activity, and digital disbursements. The role requires monitoring automated transaction feeds, resolving exceptions, and ensuring timely and accurate posting. The accountant will perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of all electronic transaction accounts, payment gateways, and clearing accounts, and investigate and resolve discrepancies with a focus on root-cause identification and prevention.
