About The Position
Drybar is seeking a friendly, high-energy Sales Associate to create positive experiences for clients at its blowout-focused salon. The role involves customer service and sales in a fast-paced setting. Employees should be ready to stand and provide professional, attentive service. The position offers hourly pay plus commission, free monthly blowouts, product discounts, and training and growth opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
- Must be 21 or older and eligible for a Virginia ABC Manager license.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand during work.
Nice To Haves
- Point-of-sale (POS) experience preferred.
- Personality, passion, and an interest in beauty.
