About The Position

As a Guest Sales Associate, you’ll shape each guest’s experience from start to finish by delivering exceptional service in a welcoming environment. You’ll work alongside a passionate team and help guests feel confident, radiant, and comfortable in their own skin. The role manages the front desk and retail areas, coordinates guest flow, handles inquiries and reservations, and educates guests about services, products, Wax Pass benefits, and promotions. It also involves building genuine guest relationships and supporting sales and center performance goals. Part-time or full-time availability is offered, with the ability to work at least one weekend day required.

Responsibilities

Manage the front desk and retail areas, including restocking, organization, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Coordinate guest flow; greet guests as they arrive and leave; handle inquiries; and maintain the reservation system.
Educate guests on services, Wax Pass benefits, products, and current promotions to help drive sales.
Build genuine relationships with guests and create a welcoming environment that encourages return visits.
Work in a sales-based environment and meet individual and center performance goals.
