About The Position

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice
• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• 1 year Nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Overseeing hospital operations and nursing care during assigned shifts
• Staffing coordination
• Patient flow management
• Bed placement management
• Serving as a resource and leader for nursing staff and other departments
• Providing guidance, education, and support to ensure quality patient care
• Managing hospital-wide situations
• Assisting with data monitoring
• Assuming administrative responsibilities in the absence of leadership
