About The Position
The Wellness Supervisor RN helps lead the nursing team in a customer service- and team-oriented environment under the direction of the Wellness Director. The role supports senior residents and works with residents, families, and staff. This is a PRN / On-Call position.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license in good standing for the State of Illinois.
- Strong assessment and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills for working with residents, families, and staff.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Computer literacy.
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience preferred.
