About The Position
The Wellness RN provides on-site nursing assessments, health coaching, immunizations, health screenings, and educational classes for clients.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Alabama or multistate nursing licensure.
- Must have a current valid Alabama driver’s license and Alabama nursing license.
- Must be currently certified in CPR.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred; LPN accepted.
- Previous experience in health promotion and wellness preferred.
- Ability to perform clinical tests, including phlebotomy, blood pressure and pulse measurements, spirometry, vision and hearing testing, height and weight measurements, body composition analysis, and hip/waist ratio.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site nursing assessments.
- Provide health coaching.
- Administer on-site immunizations.
- Conduct health screenings.
- Provide educational classes for clients.
