Responsibilities

• Provide quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others.
• Provide continuous monitoring and medication management for patients with cardiac conditions.
• Provide post-operative care to patients who have undergone cardiac procedures or surgeries.
• Maintain a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to support the best patient outcomes.
• Follow applicable nursing laws, standards, ethics, and Bellin Health policies and procedures.
• Participate in community involvement and collaboration.
