About The Position
The Program Director helps lead and grow a local LifeWise Academy program. The role builds community relationships, leads fundraising and community support, recruits and supports team members, and manages program operations. The Director represents LifeWise Academy locally, communicates the program’s vision and impact, supports biblical instruction and a Christ-centered environment, and helps ensure classes operate smoothly, safely, and in compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures. The position is part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week, with some daytime availability required during school hours and occasional weekend, evening, or community events. LifeWise Academy provides systems, resources, coaching, and ongoing support. The position is classified as non-exempt (hourly).

- Some daytime availability during school hours is required.
- The role requires approximately 15–20 hours per week and occasional weekend, evening, or community-event availability.

Responsibilities
- Develop positive partnerships with school leaders, parents, churches, and community members.
- Represent LifeWise Academy as a trusted presence in the local community and communicate the program’s vision and impact.
- Coordinate local fundraising and community giving campaigns.
- Lead donor communication, appreciation, and stewardship.
- Conduct church presentations, fundraising events, sponsorship opportunities, and community outreach initiatives.
- Encourage ongoing financial partnerships and use LifeWise Academy fundraising strategies.
- Recruit, train, encourage, and support team members.
- Foster a safe, welcoming, Christ-centered culture for students and families.
- Coordinate teams to help ensure classes run smoothly and safely.
- Oversee communication, scheduling, enrollment, and basic administrative tasks.
- Assist with budgeting, fundraising coordination, and stewardship of resources.
- Maintain compliance with school policies and LifeWise Academy procedures.
