About The Position

Requirements

• Manual dexterity, physical stamina, and attention to detail.
• Ability to reliably commute to Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, or plan to relocate before starting.
• Once an offer is accepted, pass a thorough background screening.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of warehouse or production experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and use tools such as tape guns accurately and carefully.
• Inspect materials and products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Move between machines, racks, and work areas as part of daily responsibilities.
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds frequently.
• Support production flow and team efficiency across multiple departments to meet and exceed run-rate goals.
