About The Position

Under general supervision, the Production Worker performs production work in a warehouse environment. The role assembles, kits, and co-packs products in a timely manner while observing high standards of safety and quality. The worker performs repetitive physical tasks and operates equipment such as ink jets, pallet jacks, conveyor belts, and case sealers.

Requirements

Basic mathematical ability.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively and respond to questions and requests.
Human relations skills to build effective working relationships.
Demonstrated customer service, problem-solving, and common-sense skills.
Ability to perform physical demands for extended periods, with or without assistance, including maneuvering around equipment, bending and stooping, pushing carts up to 50 pounds, using a pallet jack, and lifting boxes or equipment up to 40 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Prior production- or packing-related work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy.
Co-pack and assemble parts.
Ensure production requirements and standards are consistently met.
Increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
Complete packaging tasks, including product packaging, box assembly, packing, and taping.
Operate equipment correctly and maintain it with care.
Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals.
Observe safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.
Follow written and verbal instructions.
Attend safety and production trainings.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
