About The Position

WG&R is hiring a Production Worker at its mattress factory in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. The role involves hands-on production work building mattresses and foundations alongside a team. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in an active environment.
• Ability to operate pneumatic tools, machinery, and simple hand tools.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and following established processes.
• Take pride in doing work correctly and paying attention to detail.
