About The Position

Champion Home Builder, Inc. is hiring a General Construction Production Worker for its Ocala, Florida facility. Under general supervision, the employee works as part of a production-line team to build manufactured housing, completing quality work at a fast and consistent pace. The role includes manual labor in the assigned area and maintaining a neat, clean workspace. Candidates must be able to pass a 7-panel drug screen.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work quickly and methodically.
• Understanding of safety procedures.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow the Champion Operating Principles.
• Less than a high school education, up to one month of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to pass a 7-panel drug screen.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including frequently lifting or moving up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving more than 100 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in construction and/or manufacturing or modular housing.

Responsibilities
