About The Position

Legacy Turkey is hiring Production Workers for the Evis 1st shift at its Melrose, Minnesota location. Workers operate and maintain machinery and package, label, box, cut, and/or unrack turkey products to meet production standards, finalize products, and prepare them for shipping. The role supports production goals, workplace safety, and the production of safe, wholesome, quality products. Employees work with large groups as part of a team and perform other position-specific duties assigned by a supervisor.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed. The listed shift runs from 4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; shifts may last 8 to 10 hours. Work takes place on concrete floors in temperatures ranging from 32 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. The position involves repetitive motion, bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting items up to 35 pounds. Employees wear required personal protective equipment, which may include a hair net, hard hat, ear protection, safety glasses, and boots. The pay range is $20.53 per hour.
