About The Position
NPS Metals is hiring a dependable, hard-working Production Worker to support the processing of steel from raw sheets into finished parts. The role involves hands-on work with machinery, preparing materials, following job orders, and helping ensure parts are accurate and ready to ship. It is an active, fast-paced position that contributes to customer satisfaction and the steady movement of orders through the facility. The schedule is 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday, with overtime available on Fridays. Pay is $22 per hour. Requirements
- Ability to read work orders and instructions in English.
- Clear verbal communication in English.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more and remain on one's feet throughout the shift.
- Comfort with physical tasks including bending, climbing, walking, and lifting.
- Good attention to detail and time management.

- Clear tables from laser machines using hammers or mallets.
- Grind edges and clean parts as needed.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
