Requirements

• High School Education or higher
• Able to read & interpret customer drawings
• Proficient using measuring tools
• Exceptional interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment as per training & procedures (Finishing, Stamping, Press Brake, Spot Welding, Assembly, etc.)
• Use hand or power tools based on drawings and work instructions
• Transport product between work areas
• Counts and packages completed parts to Customer requirements.
• Prepare finished product for shipping
• Be a strong team player; assist team members to meet daily production goals
• Pay close attention to detail & focus on assigned tasks
• Be reliable and adhere to attendance policy
• Maintain organization and housekeeping
• Perform other duties as requested
• Carefully lift, handle, process & pack parts
• Ensure safe workplace and follow all safety rules
• Wear all required personal protective equipment
• Report all accidents & any safety issues to Supervisor or Safety manager
• Follow all SOP’s and quality standards
• Ensure 1st and 2nd verifications done, verify dimensions, etc., per work order
• Inspect completed operations for quality, visual defects, accuracy & quantity
• Detect & report defective parts to Supervisor / Lead
• Report all required information & report router discrepancies
• Work with Supervisor, Lead, mentor to learn Pulverman processes & procedures
• Learn various hand or power tool operations
• Participate in relevant training activities
• Report productivity (setup & run) accurately
• Report good material & scrap accurately
• Work with Supervision to implement productivity improvements (daily)
• Work with Supervision to implement setup reduction strategies
• Operate the roller & various hand or power tools
• Report all maintenance issues and work to resolve
• Provide feedback to Management team for ideas & improvements
• Express ideas & thoughts verbally in a positive & productive manner
• Exhibit good communication, listening & comprehension skills
• Execute work plan per schedule
