About The Position

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a fabrication environment preferred
• Proficient with measuring equipment including Height Gauge, Calipers, Tape Measure, Squares, Angle Finders
• Proficiency with Blueprints and Work Instructions
• Experience with industrial machinery and equipment
• Knowledge of basic shop math
• Prior experience in metal fabrication
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Operation of equipment, machinery or power tools
• Maintaining and monitoring the performance or operation of equipment, machinery or manufacturing process, the malfunction or disruption of which could result in injury or property damage.
• Standing, bending, squatting, and climbing while running production, inspecting work and machines and checking procedures.
• Moving of material and parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Lifting, pulling, pushing, and holding parts in place, sometimes without benefit of material handling devices due to limited space and confined areas in and around machines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Press Brakes and other metal forming machines and equipment
