About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an industrial or operational environment.
• Experience in supervision or team leadership.
• Technical training in mechanical, industrial maintenance, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
• English communication skills considered an asset.
• Strong focus on quality, health & safety, and customer service.
• Proficiency with computer tools and operational management systems (ERP), an asset.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment such as pumps, valves, or instrumentation, an asset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations in the workshop, warehouse, and shipping/receiving.
• Plan work activities, manage priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Mobilize, coach, and develop team members.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with health & safety requirements.
• Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful execution of work orders.
• Optimize the use of labour, materials, and equipment.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor operational performance and contribute to achieving quality, productivity, and profitability targets.
