Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
1 + years of relevant operations, manufacturing, or production leadership experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the alcohol beverage industry or broader consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
Proven ability to lead teams in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience supporting continuous improvement, operational excellence, or cost-reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily bottling and/or processing operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and operational goals.
Lead and develop frontline team members through coaching, performance feedback, training, and ongoing skill development.
Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall plant performance.
Coordinate resources, inventory, and equipment readiness to support reliable and efficient operations.
