Powerback is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join their mission of improving lives. As a leader in rehabilitation services, Powerback helps older adults stay active and thrive, and provides essential therapy for children. With over 38 years of service, they operate in skilled nursing centers, assisted and independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based care, delivering personalized care where and when it's needed most. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards
- Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy
- Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice

Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs
- Develop patient recovery plans
- Deliver occupational therapy
- Design a program that will restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities and independence
- Train patients and caregivers on skills needed to promote independence and productivity
