About The Position
Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide individualized, in-home therapy to adult clients in the Thornton, Northglenn, and Westminster areas. The role supports patients in maximizing independence and improving daily function through client-centered, evidence-based care. The initial availability is 10–20 visits, with potential to grow into a full-time caseload. Scheduling is flexible. Compensation is $70–$85 per routine visit and up to $120 per Start of Care visit. The posting lists full-time earning potential of $98,750–$178,050 and part-time earning potential of $40,250–$107,330. Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist license in Colorado.
- Experience in home health or a related area.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Ability to manage electronic medical record documentation.
- Flexible and adaptive approach to meet each client's unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments using standardized tools.
- Provide hands-on functional training for activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and safety.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and adaptive equipment.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with other clinicians as part of a coordinated care team.
