About The Position

Lifepoint Rehabilitation, part of Lifepoint Health, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist at Kindred Hospital - San Francisco Bay Area. The Occupational Therapist evaluates patients and develops individualized treatment plans to promote daily living abilities and functional independence. The role provides therapeutic interventions, documents treatment and patient progress, collaborates with healthcare professionals and families, and educates patients and caregivers about adaptive techniques and equipment. The position also requires maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards and performing other duties as assigned. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered to external candidates.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current license to practice occupational therapy.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with rehabilitation documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
