About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive, patient-centered rehabilitation services in Sierra Vista, Arizona. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals, the Occupational Therapist will help patients overcome limitations caused by injury, illness, or disability and make meaningful progress in recovery.

Requirements

• Current Registered Occupational Therapist credential.
• Strong understanding of occupational therapy evaluation, treatment planning, and rehabilitation principles.
• Ability to assess patients' functional limitations and develop individualized treatment strategies.
• Effective communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Sound clinical judgment and adaptability.

Nice To Haves

• Previous rehabilitation or acute-care experience.
• Experience providing occupational therapy services in a hospital or multidisciplinary rehabilitation environment.
• Strong knowledge of functional mobility, activities of daily living (ADLs), and adaptive techniques.
• Experience developing and implementing individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Additional clinical expertise or specialized qualifications.
