About The Position

Aegis Therapies is hiring an Occupational Therapist to serve as an outpatient Rehab Program Manager at Heritage Elm Grove, Deer Creek, and West Allis in Wisconsin. The role serves residents in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings, with a focus on a higher-functioning resident population. The Program Manager provides patient treatment while also taking on leadership experience and administrative responsibilities, including scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager. This position offers a weekday schedule with no weekends or evenings and emphasizes relationship-building, customer service, and opportunities to develop leadership skills.

Requirements

• Current license, or ability to obtain a license, as a therapist or assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Current CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in the outpatient rehabilitation program.
• Take on leadership responsibilities as the go-to person for customers, residents, and staff.
• Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling.
• Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
