About The Position

Aegis Therapies is hiring an Occupational Therapist to serve as a Rehab Program Manager in an outpatient program at assisted living and independent living communities in Elm Grove, Deer Creek, and West Allis, Wisconsin. The role combines treating patients with leadership experience and administrative responsibilities. As a lead in the building and a go-to person for customers, residents, and staff, the Program Manager helps develop relationships and supports patient care while handling tasks such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager. The communities serve higher-functioning residents. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends or evenings. Full-time opportunities are available, and new graduates are welcome.

Requirements

• Current license or ability to obtain licensure as a therapist or assistant in the state of practice.
• Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Current CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients in the outpatient rehabilitation program.
• Serve as a lead and go-to person for customers, residents, and staff.
• Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling.
• Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care.
