Occupational Therapist - Rehab Program Manager
About The Position
Aegis Therapies is hiring an outpatient Occupational Therapist to serve as a Rehab Program Manager at Heritage at Elm Grove, Heritage at Deer Creek, and Heritage West Ellis in Wisconsin. The role combines treating patients in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings with leadership experience and administrative responsibilities. The Program Manager serves as a go-to person for customers, residents, and staff, and acts as a liaison for the Area Manager. The communities serve higher-functioning residents. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends or evenings. New graduates are welcome.
Requirements
- Current license, or ability to obtain a license, as a therapist or assistant in the state of practice.
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Current CPR certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients in outpatient, assisted living, and independent living settings.
- Take on leadership and administrative tasks, including scheduling.
- Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
- Build relationships with customers, residents, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient care.
