About The Position
Aegis Therapies is hiring a Rehab Program Manager for an outpatient occupational therapy assistant role at Twinbrook in Louisville, Kentucky. The position serves residents in an assisted living and independent living community, as well as outpatient settings, working with higher-functioning residents. The Program Manager treats patients while developing leadership experience and handling administrative responsibilities. Requirements
- Current license, or ability to obtain a license, as a Therapist or Assistant in the state of practice.
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Current CPR certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling.
- Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
- Act as a lead in the building and a point of contact for customers, residents, and staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient care.
