Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) - Rehab Program Manager
About The Position
Aegis Therapies is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant to serve as a Rehab Program Manager at Brickyard Healthcare Churchman in Indianapolis, Indiana. This full-time role is based in a nursing home/skilled nursing facility and is scheduled for 40 hours per week. It provides an opportunity to gain management experience without serving as a direct supervisor and can be a steppingstone to future management roles. As a lead in the building, you will provide patient care while taking on administrative tasks, including scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Director of Rehab. The role offers clinical support, mentorship, education, career development, and opportunities to pursue clinical or management career paths. New graduates are welcome.
Requirements
- Graduate from a therapy program.
- Hold a current license or be able to obtain a license as a therapist in the state of practice.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients in the building.
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling.
- Serve as a liaison for the Director of Rehab.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient care.
