About The Position

Aegis Therapies is hiring an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to serve as a Rehab Program Manager at its Twinbrook location in Louisville, Kentucky. The role is based in a community serving assisted living, independent living, and outpatient populations, with higher-functioning residents. The Program Manager provides patient care while gaining leadership experience and taking on administrative responsibilities. As a lead in the building, this person is a key contact for customers, residents, and staff, and serves as a liaison for the Area Manager. The schedule is full time, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or evenings. New graduates are welcome.

Requirements

Current license, or ability to obtain a license, as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.

Nice To Haves

Current CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Treat patients in the program.
Take on leadership responsibilities as a lead in the building.
Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling.
Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
Develop relationships with customers, residents, and staff.
