About The Position

Rehab Program Manager Outpatient- Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA. This position offers great work/life balance and flexibility of hours, with part-time opportunities available (20-25 hours weekly). The role is located at Chaska Heights Senior Living in Chaska, MN, within an Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Outpatient setting. You will work with higher functioning residents in a lovely community. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with no weekends or evenings. As a Program Manager, you will treat patients while gaining leadership experience with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager. This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, great at developing relationships, and brimming with ambition. You will have the chance to improve the lives of seniors while developing your leadership skills as the "go to person" on the team for the customer, resident, and staff.

Requirements

Current license or ability to obtain as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice
Must meet Clinical Competency requirements
Current CPR certification
