Physical Therapy Assistant - Rehab Program Manager
About The Position
Aegis Therapies is hiring a Program Manager for an outpatient rehabilitation program at Ashton on Dorsey in Louisville, Kentucky. The role is based in an assisted living and independent living community, serving higher-functioning residents. The Program Manager treats patients while gaining leadership experience and serving as a key point of contact for customers, residents, and staff. Administrative duties include scheduling and acting as a liaison for the Area Manager. This is a full-time opportunity with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and no weekends or evenings. Requirements
- Hold a current license, or be able to obtain one, as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
- Meet Clinical Competency requirements.

Responsibilities
- Treat patients in the outpatient rehabilitation program.
- Provide leadership in the building and serve as a key point of contact for customers, residents, and staff.
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling.
- Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care.
