About The Position

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant for an outpatient rehab program at Batavia Home Rehab in Batavia, Illinois. The role serves residents in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings. Treatment takes place in residents’ rooms or in an on-site outpatient clinic, so travel to homes outside the building is not required.

The position offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends. The assistant works independently, schedules their own work, and helps market the clinic while providing patient-centered care to seniors. New graduates are welcome. Requirements

• Hold a current Physical Therapy Assistant license or be able to obtain one in the state of practice.

• Previous outpatient experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings.
• Treat residents in their rooms or in the on-site outpatient clinic; travel to homes outside the building is not required.
• Schedule their own work and operate independently.
• Help market the clinic.
• Provide patient-centered care and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
