About The Position

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Program Manager for an outpatient physical therapy program at The Crossings at Wilmar in Wilmar, Minnesota. The setting includes assisted living, independent living, and outpatient services, with higher-functioning residents. This lead role combines treating patients with leadership experience and administrative duties, including scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager. The position offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule with no weekends and flexibility in hours. New graduates are welcome.

Requirements

Current license, or ability to obtain one, as a therapist or assistant in the state of practice.
Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.

Nice To Haves

Current CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Treat patients in the outpatient program.
Serve as a lead in the building and develop leadership skills.
Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling.
Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
Develop relationships with customers, residents, and staff.
