Physical Therapy Assistant - Rehab Program Manager
About The Position
Aegis Therapies is hiring a Program Manager for an outpatient rehabilitation program at Ashton on Dorsey in Louisville, Kentucky. The setting includes assisted living and independent living, with higher-functioning residents. This full-time role offers a Monday-to-Friday schedule with no weekends or evenings and flexibility of hours. The Program Manager treats patients while serving as a lead in the building and gaining leadership experience through administrative work. Responsibilities include scheduling and serving as a liaison for the Area Manager. The role is suited to someone who is customer-focused, builds relationships well, and is interested in developing leadership skills while supporting seniors. Requirements
- Current license or ability to obtain licensure as a Therapist/Assistant in the state of practice.
- Must meet Clinical Competency requirements.

Responsibilities
- Treat patients in the outpatient rehabilitation program.
