About The Position

Aegis Therapies is hiring an Occupational Therapist to serve as an outpatient Rehab Program Manager at Heritage at Elm Grove, Heritage at Deer Creek, and Heritage West Ellis in Wisconsin. The role works with higher-functioning residents in assisted living, independent living, and outpatient settings. The Program Manager treats patients while also taking on leadership and administrative responsibilities, serving as a go-to person for customers, residents, and staff and acting as a liaison for the Area Manager. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no weekends or evenings. New graduates are welcome.

Requirements

• Hold a current therapist license in the state of practice or be able to obtain one.
• Meet Clinical Competency requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Current CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment to patients.
• Serve as a lead and go-to person for customers, residents, and staff in the building.
• Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling.
• Serve as a liaison for the Area Manager.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide patient care.
