Requirements
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Michigan.
- Proven experience with Kinnser or similar electronic medical record systems.
- Strong assessment and patient care skills for a home health environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in Macomb, Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home occupational therapy evaluations and treatment sessions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on achieving patient goals.
- Use Kinnser software for documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and family members on therapeutic techniques and safety.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
