About The Position

Requirements

• Graduate, currently or pending, from an accredited occupational or physical therapy program.
• Active or pending state occupational or physical therapist license.
• Interest in working with patients with wrist and hand dysfunction.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) qualification is preferred.
• Experience or interest in pursuing advanced training and specialization in hand therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient occupational therapy for patients with upper-extremity diagnoses.
• Treat post-surgical hand and wrist cases and orthopedic or musculoskeletal conditions involving the shoulder, elbow, and hand.
• Collaborate with Luminis Health colleagues and surgeons to support coordinated, patient-centered care.
• Participate in professional development and specialty growth, including potential preparation for CHT certification.
